Two Victories in the Alps

The annual CDI in Fritzens takes place in front of an Alpine backdrop that is so breathtaking that holidays come to mind — if only the weather had played along. As it was, Johnny and I danced to freestyle victory (82,6%) in the pouring rain after winning the Grand Prix as well (78,5%). The weather couldn’t dampen our spirits, though, and it certainly did not deter the two thousand (2000!) spectators who came to see our final ride. A wonderful show with outstanding conditions for the two- and four-legged participants — many thanks to the Haim-Swarovski family for organizing this.
